Need to get back into shape

Been gaining fat lately, not so much weight.  The extra mass in my midsection has been putting pressure on my stomach when I slouch so I should probably work towards getting rid of it.  Figure I’d keep track of my exercise since I’m not really blogging about anything.

  • 2 x 8min. |  exercise bike
  • 2 x 20 | crunches
  • 2 x 15 | pushups
  • 1 hour | practice drums (better than sitting in a chair surfing the web)

Time on the bike will increase as the days go by.  In the meantime, expecting a new guitar pickup and another cymbal for my drumset by courier tomorrow.   Should be fun.
